U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur ‘active, alert’ after crash, person involved at large

An individual involved in a crash Sunday morning that sent U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D., Toledo) to the hospital is still at large, Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz said late Sunday afternoon.
