U.S. Marshals arrest Cleveland rape suspect in Toledo

U.S. Marshals on Wednesday arrested a Cleveland rape suspect as he was trying to leave the state, officials said. The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Andre S. Avent Jr. in Toledo, the task force said in a news release.
