Workers took advantage of good weather last week to move some dirt and frame out several home villas on Catawba Lane in the Waterside Monclova subdivision, a 200-acre ‘lifestyle’ community in Monclova Township. Waterside Monclova, owned by Gulfstream Development and located off of Monclova Road west of Jerome Road, has two man-made lakes that allow some residents to have docks and pontoon boats.
