Under construction: Walnut Springs home in Sylvania Township

Work is under way on two of several homes planned in a new section of the Walnut Springs subdivision in Sylvania Township off Sylvania-Metamora Road. The homes range in price from the upper $200,000s to the upper $300,000s. Four homes are under construction, with three already sold. Officials said about 20 lots are left in the development. Millstream Development is the project developer.
