Under construction: Villa-style apartments in Springfield Township

Despite the snow, workers from MS Builders Inc. erect the frames of nine buildings that will become Orchard Creek, a luxury apartment complex located at 6951 W. Bancroft St. between McCord and King Roads in Springfield Township. The 58-unit complex, some of which will be ready for move-in by May, will be leased and managed by Noneman Real Estate Co. Each villa-style apartment will have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage, and amenities such as vaulted ceilings, granite kitchen countert
