Under Construction: Tolco Corp. warehouse near downtown Toledo

Workers from Henry Gurtzweiler Inc. structural steel erectors put up steel beams at the Tolco Corp. warehouse building under construction at 203 Southard Ave. near downtown. Steel erection of the 17,000-square-foot building, under the direction of Rudloph Libbe Inc., was begun in June and is finishing up. Concrete, masonry, and carpentry work begins soon to meet a September completion date. The building is a Varco-Pruden pre-engineered warehouse and Tolco, a 56-year-old family business that make
