Under construction: Strip center on West Central

Central Ave., in Sylvania Township. The developer has commitments from a drive-through coffee shop and a cafe-style restaurant, and talks are under way with another restaurant and a store. The center is expected to have five tenants in the 8,250-square-foot building.
