Under construction: Stone Brook development in Bowling Green

Work is under way on the second stage of the Stone Brook development in Bowling Green. Beck Construction is currently building two single-family homes, one of which is on speculation. The homes will list in the $300,000 range. Eight lots remain undeveloped. There will also be six villas, one of which is under way. The villas will be in the $250,000 price range. The development began in 2005.
