Under Construction: Senior villa homes in Sylvania Township

Construction draws closer to completion on 30 villa homes at the Lakes of Sylvania, a 12-acre campus at 5351 Mitchaw Road north of Brint Road in Sylvania Township. Developed by DMK Construction and owned by Trilogy Health Services, both of Louisville, the villas are two-bedroom, two-bath 1,400 square-foot patio homes, with attached garages. They are for rent to those 55 and older. Part of the project is expected to be completed by the end of summer.
