Under construction: More houses in Temperance subdivision

Construction is booming in Temperance at the Village at Oak Creek, a single-family home subdivision off West Dean Road, just east of Jackman Road. Oak Creek, developed by MS Builders LLC, a partnership between area builders Brian McCarthy and Dave Schmitt, has sold its last lot in the 25-lot first plat and has opened a second plat of 25 lots.
