Under construction: Duplex homes in Sylvania by Stonebridge Construction

Work by Stonebridge Construction progresses on two duplexes under construction at 4840 Harroun Rd. in Sylvania. Each building will have two family-size rental apartments of 1,300 square feet each. The two-story units will have master suites on the first and second floors plus a loft. They are expected to be completed no later than May. The property is being developed by the Moan family of Sylvania, which plans to build a third duplex later.
