Under construction: Bedford Township single-family homes

Four single-family homes on Consear Road near completion west of Summerfield Road in Bedford Township. The homes on a divided parcel of land are owned by Bankowski Builders LLC of Temperance. Bryce Bankowski said one house is sold, two are under contract, and the fourth, a ‘spec’ house, is for sale. They are from 1,800 to 2,900 square feet, have four bedrooms and 2½ baths each, and are priced from $260,000 to $400,000. He said he expects all to be finished by February.
