An expansion of the existing A+ Self Storage facility is under construction at 1324 Alexis Rd. and Dalton Road. A+ Self Storage, owned by Shamrock Holdings of Toledo LLC, purchased 1.4 adjacent acres so it could add 214 storage units, divided among eight buildings, to the existing 325-unit, seven-building layout at the original facility. The expansion is expected to be completed by fall.
