Two Toledo men charged with hate crime for beating black man

According to the FBI, Charles Butler, 33, and Robert Paschalis, 25, drove past the man on May 18 while he was unloading his truck. The men turned back around, got out of their truck and started attacking the man, known only as A.W. in the police report, while yelling racial slurs.
