Two Fostoria area groups get $17,500 apiece from WIN Waste Innovations of Seneca County

FOSTORIA — Fostoria Area Habitat for Humanity and PatchWorks House each received a $17,500 donation from WIN Waste Innovations of Seneca County this week.
