TV ads for Strickland delayed by 2 groups

In a sign that Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland’s campaign for the U.S. Senate is struggling in his challenge to U.S. Sen. Rob Portman (R., Ohio), two independent groups that were paying for Strickland TV ads have scaled back their spending.
