Turnpike set for ’16 repaving

Two sections of the Ohio Turnpike near Toledo will be resurfaced next year as part of a capital-projects plan approved by the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission, while part of the eastbound roadway in eastern Erie County will be rebuilt.
