Trump to tout infrastructure plan in Ohio

RICHFIELD, Ohio — President Donald Trump is visiting Ohio for the second time in less than a year in hopes of jump-starting what he bills as a $1.5 trillion, 10-year, public-private investment in roads, bridges, pipelines, and other infrastructure.
