Trump tells voters he's 'on the ticket'

CLEVELAND — President Donald Trump told Ohio midterm voters that he’s essentially “on the ticket” during an hour-long appearance in Cleveland where he stoked fears about health care, immigration, and jobs to get Republicans to the polls.
