Troopers issue 586 tickets for 'move over'

Ohio Highway Patrol troopers wrote 586 tickets to motorists who disregarded the state’s “move over” law during a recent week-long enforcement campaign, including 103 of them in the 12-county District 1, the patrol reported Tuesday.
