Train strikes vehicle on tracks in Holland

Michael Smith, 29, of Toledo was driving south on Clark Street about 1:41 a.m. when he failed to stop at Front Street. Mr. Smith then crashed into a fence and stopped his vehicle on the railroad tracks, according to the Toledo post of the Ohio Highway Patrol.
