Traffic Patterns Changing On I-475

Toledo-area drivers will find new traffic patterns at I-475 and U.S. Route 23. Ohio Department of Transportation officials say the Route 23 southbound ramp to Central Avenue is open and a separate ramp is being created this week from southbound Route 23 to I-475 westbound.
