TPD announcing new operation to reduce crime

Chief George Kral and Mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson will be announcing the start of Operation STOP or Strategical Tactical Operational Policing. STOP is an approach to reduce crime in the areas of Toledo that are hit hardest by gun violence and other significant crimes.
