Tornadoes started out big in area

DEFIANCE — It may be several days before National Weather Service officials can provide further details about tornadoes that spawned from two thunderstorms that rumbled across far northwest Ohio late Wednesday, other than to confirm the one that passed near Defiance and Napoleon started out big.
