Too much demand puts a halt to notary services at library

Notary services at the Way Public Library in Perrysburg will be discontinued Friday. “It came down to demand and staffing,” said Janel Haas, the library director. “The notary service became far more popular than we anticipated. It got to the point we couldn’t do it
