Tony Packo’s reconsiders expansion

Tony Packo’s restaurants, which experimented with expansion 10 years ago, is once again thinking of expanding its footprint beyond the Toledo area where the restaurant chain has been serving up its famous Hungarian hot dogs since 1932.
