The contest for the Amazon's HQ2 is on and Toledo's yes, Toledo's bid for the massive, well-paying employer is a $780 million incentive package that includes tax exemptions, the land where Southwyck Shopping Center once stood in South Toledo, and 521 acres in the city of Maumee.
