Toledoan sentenced in heroin death

BOWLING GREEN — A Toledo man who sold the heroin that killed a North Baltimore, Ohio, woman last year pleaded no contest Tuesday to reckless homicide and was sentenced to a year in prison, much to the dismay of the victim’s family.
