Toledoan guilty of hate crime

A Toledo man pleaded guilty Tuesday to violating the federal Hate Crimes Act for attacking a black man outside his Lagrange Street home. Robert Paschalis, 25, of the 1000 block of North Michigan Street faces up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced Feb. 28 by U.S. District Court Judge Jeffrey Helmick.
