Toledoan admits firing shots into occupied car

A Toledo man admitted in Lucas County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday that he fired shots into a car occupied by two individuals last year. Tony Franklin II, 30, of the 1000 block of Woodland Avenue, pleaded guilty to two counts of felonious assault, a gun specification, and having weapons while under disability.
