Toledoan, 23, indicted for In & Out robbery

A Toledo man who allegedly donned a skeleton costume, then robbed an East Toledo convenience store at knifepoint was indicted Thursday on multiple charges. Ronald Brown, 23, of the 1000 block of Artis Place, was indicted by a Lucas County grand jury for aggravated robbery, obstructing official business, and resisting arrest.
