Toledo under tornado watch until 11 p.m.

A tornado warning for Toledo was allowed to lapse at 8:30 p.m. after being in effect for about an hour, but a second warning remained in effect south of the metro area and another batch of large thunderstorms was entering Ohio from Indiana at that time.
