Toledo rejects proposal from Bayview Retirees Golf Course, terminates lease

After months of negotiating and meeting, the city of Toledo is moving forward with its plans at the Bay View Water Reclamation Plant and has terminated the lease for the Bayview Retirees Golf Course.
