Toledo receives $175,000 from NOAA for wetland

The city of Toledo announced Wednesday it has received a $175,000 grant from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association to study the feasibility of restoring a coastal wetland at the Penn 7 confined disposal facility along the Maumee River near downtown.
