Toledo police eye $83.24M budget

The Toledo Police Department's proposed 2016 budget outlines an increase of about $2 million dollars in total expenses, including ongoing growth in employee pay and insurance costs. The city administration recently unveiled a proposed $252.12 million budget for next year.
