Toledo needs to adjust to Ohio's lousy deal

I read with interest the June 19 story in The Blade titled, "Ohio's economic distress," about the city of Fostoria, which in May became the 23rd local government in Ohio to be placed in fiscal emergency. Toledoans understand the realities that burden cities like Fostoria, and perhaps there is some small consolation that we do not face our struggles alone.
