Toledo needs college grads

University of Toledo President Emeritus Dan Johnson and retired Toledo pastor and theologian Father James Bacik are organizing an effort to increase Toledo's college education attainment rate. They present good, almost irrefutable, evidence that Toledo can benefit in many ways if more people here earn a college degree.
