Toledo mom arraigned in daughter's shooting

A judge set bond at $100,000 Tuesday for a Toledo woman charged in the shooting last month of her young daughter in West Toledo. Mecca Canty, 21, of the 2100 block of Alvin Street, was arraigned in Toledo Municipal Court on charges of endangering children and tampering with evidence.
