Toledo mayoral candidates to debate twice

Toledo mayoral candidates will compete in at least two debates — one to be live-streamed on the Internet by The Blade and the University of Toledo, and the second to be broadcast live by WTVG-TV, Channel 13, in partnership with The Blade.
