Toledo mayor confident most suburbs will sign on to regional water plan

Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz is confident that most Toledo suburbs will sign on to his plan for a regional water system, though only Lucas County commissioners have so far indicated publicly that they won’t break from the city’s water source.
