Toledo mayor blasts Trump budget cuts

Toledo Mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson and the leaders of agencies funded by federal Community Development Block Grant money today blasted President Trump’s proposal to kill the decades-old program as part of $6 billion in possible cuts to the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
