Toledo mayor asks for audit after $8.2M sat idle for 5 years

Toledo Mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson urgently wants the state auditor to comb through Toledo's books in the wake of public disclosure that more than $8 million sat idle in a fund for five years and the city illegally commingled funds, which led to confusion over how much money the city had on hand this year.
