Toledo man pleads guilty in UT records tampering case

A Toledo man accused of forging a letter on University of Toledo letterhead pleaded guilty Monday to tampering with records, a third-degree felony. David Irving, 39, of the 1100 block of Shadow Lane is to be sentenced Jan. 3 by Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Michael Goulding.
