Toledo man indicted in drive-by shooting case

David Estis, Jr., 19, is accused of firing several shots July 16 into a vehicle driven by an ex-girlfriend. A Toledo man was indicted Friday by a Lucas County grand jury on charges stemming from a drive-by shooting near Broadway and Lorain streets last week.
