Toledo man indicted for running a crime ring worth over $250,000

Andre Brown, 36, was indicted after a year-long investigation on 41 counts, including five counts of theft, 17 counts of grand theft, 18 counts of forgery, and one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. According to the indictment, Brown was the leader of a crime ring that stole property in six states, including Ohio.
