Toledo man charged with robberies

A Toledo man who was revived after overdosing on heroin at the Lucas County jail last year was indicted Tuesday on charges that he robbed five businesses at gunpoint. Robert C. Perez, 39, of the 100 block of Everett Street was indicted by a Lucas County grand jury on five counts of aggravated robbery, each with firearm specifications.
