Toledo man charged with making terroristic threats

A central city man was arraigned today more than a year after he is accused of making terroristic threats to a local agency days after a mass shooting in Orlando. Nicholas J. Elkington, 36, of the 100 block of 17th Street, is charged with making a terroristic threat to intimidate or coerce, a third-degree felony.
