It was merry and bright in the kitchen classroom at ProMedica’s Ebeid Institute, 1806 Madison Ave., when nearly two dozen third-graders from Arlington Elementary School came by earlier this month for a hands-on lesson about international holiday foods. They’d been learning about these traditions in class with their teacher, Jennifer Trumbull.
