Toledo lead lawsuit plaintiffs file for preliminary injunction

The plaintiffs suing the City of Toledo and the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department board over the city’s lead rental ordinance have asked the judge for a preliminary injunction to put the law on hold until the case is decided.
