Toledo landlords to get ‘lead-safe’ notices

Toledo landlords required to have their rental properties certified “lead-safe” by the city’s first deadline of June 30, 2018, will soon get a letter in the mail notifying them of their obligations, one of several informational efforts about the law in coming weeks.
